Positive customer service

I just want to take a minute to express my most sincere appreciation for the positive customer service I recently received. We were expecting a baby toward the end of December, beginning of January. And, as babies go, we weren’t sure when he was going to make his appearance.
I called three different times to reschedule my usual standing appointment and all three times, the person on the other end (and her name slips my mind right now, though I am sure she’d remember me) was completely professional and very much accommodating. I can’t express to you how much it meant that she was so willing to work with my needs–and was able to do so around two back to back holidays!
Needless to say, there are so many things to worry about when it comes to bringing home a new baby, and having a clean house was not one of my worries. It was so nice to walk into my home and bring in a brand new baby knowing it was clean. I can’t express what a relief it was.
So, I just wanted to say thank you so much for working around our crazy schedule multiple times. Our family truly appreciates it.
